When I first became an Evangelion fan all those years ago, and was making my way through the series for the first time, two episodes at a time, I will confess...I really disliked Asuka, at first. But toward the end of the series, at some point during the last few episodes, I suddenly arrived at a very uncomfortable realization that I understood her more completely than any of the others.

Since that moment, she has been my favorite character of all time.

I love the subtle ways in which this fits with the show's art style, down to the way her hands are drawn. Fantastic work.

Excellent job. The emotions are definitely there, capturing well this moment. Poor Asuka.

All the emotion is perfectly placed. Even in the description.
This is without question, a work of visual greatness.

Good work! I like the degradation of colors.
